Hiking Hot Springs

Hiking & Biking

From short 30 minute walks to all day Hiking.  The trail head for Reserve Trail is across from the Inn. You have access to several miles of hiking trails leading up to the Mountain Tower, Goat Rock trail and Gulpha Gorge Campground.  There’s a spring fed cold water dipping hole at Gulpha Gorge creek.  Although Indian Mountain is part of the National Forest, there are no marked trails.

Biking

Hot springs has three main biking trails and two Rental Bike Companies.

From the Inn you can ride downtown to the Farmers Market area and then follow along The Hot Springs Creek Greenway Trail which runs just under 6 miles though town and is easy "no hills" and paved riding.  It's enjoyable to walk as well. For more extreme riding visit Northwoods Trail.
